PROBLEM
1. Horn works intermittently or
has no sound.
2. Horn sounds continuously.

SECTION 2: TROUBLESHOOTING

CAUSE
(a) Blown fuse.
(b) Faulty or shorted relay.
(c) Loose or damaged wiring and
horn button.
(d) Damaged or faulty horn.
(a) Shorted wire between horn
button and relay.
(b) Stuck horn button.
(c) Faulty or shorted relay.
CORRECTION
(a) Replace fuse.
(b) Replace relay.
(c) Replace as required.
(c) Replace horn.
(a) Repair or replace wiring as
required.
(b) Repair or replace.
(c) Replace relay.
