Perform "Equalize Charge" on Battery
Check Park Brake Operation
Check P/S Accumulator Precharge
Check Operator Seat Adjusting Slides
Check/Lube Brake Pedal Pivot
Lube Park Brake Lever Pivots and Check Linkage
Check Accelerator Pedal
Check/Lube ALL Grease Fittings
Check Battery, Console and Cover Latches/Hinges
Check Cab Door Handles
Check for Power Steering Fluid Leaks
Check/Lube Steer Axle, King Pins, and Tie Rod Ends
Check that Front Calipers are Free Floating
Check Front Brake Pads
Inspect, Clean and Repack Front Wheel Bearings
Check P/S Motor Brushes
Check Contactor Tips
Check Motor Cable Torque
Check Reduction Gear Oil Level (Both Sides)
Check TIM Power Connection Torque
Check B(+) and B(-) Cable Connection Torque
Drain and Refill Drive Axle (See Chapter 2, Section 1)
Drain/Flush/Refill/Bleed the Brake System
Drain/Flush/Refill Steering System
