System Requirements
The DPT Storage Manager software and device drivers require
approximately 2MB of disk space. See Chapter 4, Software Installation
for information about supported operating systems.
All SmartRAID VI controllers are PCI 2.2 compliant and are designed to
operate in host systems that comply with revision 2.2 of the PCI Local
Bus Specification. SmartRAID VI controllers are also multifunction PCI
devices. The host system must be able to properly configure
multifunction PCI devices, where one of the devices is a bridge.
You must use cables designed for Ultra3 SCSI and active termination for
your SCSI bus.
