Type plate

The type plate on the control unit contains a table which shows the different combinations of supply voltage for
the control unit the connected magnet.
The device can supply the connected magnets with 180 V, 210 V or 360 V. The device can also be supplied with
AC – 200 V AC – 230 V AC or 400 V AC. As the device cannot generate a voltage increase at the magnet output,
though, the coil voltages of U
approx. 20 V in each case.
This results in three columns for configuration Ep from the supply voltage and the associated current for the magnets
assigned to the supply voltage.
Line 4 of the table configuration, EpSo, contains a special type of actuation. There is an option of operating mag-
nets with 210 V coil voltage, with a supply voltage for the control unit of 400 V AC.
The factory configuration of the control unit is indicated on the type plate by a cross in the last column of the type
plate table.
