8 WARRANTY CONDITIONS, GUARANTEE AND LIABILITY

8. WARRANTY CONDITIONS, GUARANTEE AND LIABILITY
We offer a 12 month warranty for our device from date of invoice.
This warranty is limited to replacing parts on which a defect was found.
The warranty obligation for all SAV products is limited to deliveries within the Federal Republic of Germany.
For deliveries outside of the Federal Republic of Germany, the additional costs arising from use abroad will be
charged.
The warranty excludes:
Defects which are caused by connection to voltage sources which do not comply with the information on the

type plate
All types of wear which are the result of inexpert use without observing the information in the instructions for use

Damage to fuses, indicator lights and relays
■
The manufacturer's General Terms and Conditions for guarantee and liability apply.
The manufacturer excludes warranty and liability claims for injury and damage which are caused by one or several
of the following causes:
Use of the control unit contravening the intended use

Failure to observe the information, instructions and prohibitions in the operating instructions
■
Unauthorised structural changes to the control unit
■
Insufficient monitoring of wear parts
■
Maintenance and service work not carried out correctly or not on time
