The port numbering is a required parameter in most cases. See the details in the

6.8.1. Querying the Audio Input Selection Mode

Identifier Parameter description
<sel_mode> The currently applied audio input
selection method.
auto1: the analog audio input port is selected when a plug is connected.

auto2: the selection follows the video input setting:
▪
– When HDMI is selected as the video source, the audio of the original HDMI stream is
transmitted.
– WhenVGAisselectedasthevideosource,theanalogaudioistransmitted.

auto2 mode is available in VINX-210AP-HDMI-ENC device only.

Parameters
If the <signal_present> parameter is 0 or false, then signal is not present at the port. If the value is 1 or true,
then signal is present at the input.
INFO:
In the case of analog audio ports the value of the parameter is 1 when a plug is connected.
