* The distance to the right of 50 mm or
75 mm is enough for the unit door to
open 90° or 180°.
In order to slide the disappearing door
along the side of the unit towards the
back, a distance of 170 mm is
necessary.
Position the combi steamer so that it
can't tip or slide.

After positioning the unit, apply the
label at a height of 1.60 m →
"Danger of burns" permanently.
Align the stand on the installation
site using the height adjustable legs
so that the unit is level.
Position the combi steamer level on
the stand with the height adjustable
feet.
When placing the table units on the
stand, the unit feet must be fixed
against the stop bolts on the stand.
When installing the combi steamer
on a stand with wheels, make sure
they are locked (also when
changing the site) before the
energy, water and drain connections
are made. This way, damage to
energy, water and drain connections
due to movement of the unit is
avoided. Make sure that the
energy, water and drain are
correctly disconnected before
moving the unit.
Standing units
Adjust the height with the height
adjustable feet on the combi
steamer using a water level, so that
the oven is level.
The kitchen floor in the area where
the trolley stands must be level and
even.
The trolley must stand level in the
unit. If required, use a roll-in ramp
on site max. 4° angle (by customer).
If there is a drain grid in front of the
unit, use something that will enable
the loading trolley to roll over it (by
customer).
