The text of any error messages that appeared on the console at the time of
the crash (if a console was attached)
The text of any error messages that appeared on the console during any
step of the dump procedure, and a description of any action taken to
recover from the error (for example, skipped the step, repeated the step
successfully)
The frequency of the problem
You may also be asked to send a copy of the working diskette (Model
CS/3100 only) or a copy of the communications server software loaded on
the hard disk of your RBCS or TFTP/FTP server. To make a copy of the
working diskette, follow the procedure in "Copying and Formatting
Diskettes".
Restarting
To reboot the server after a memory dump, enter
to boot from the
bt
working diskette (Model CS/3100 only) or
to boot from an RBCS or
bs
TFTP/FTP server.
