1 Shut down the server, as described in "Shutting Down".
2 Turn off the server and unplug the power cord from the outlet and the
server's power supply receptacle.
3 Uncable the Ethernet interface module.
4 Remove the module from the slot.
a Remove the two screws.
b Pry the module out of the slot.
Insert the head of a small slotted screwdriver between the bottom of the
module and the chassis. Gently pry the module out of the slot. You may
feel some resistance as the connectors on the module board pull free of
the motherboard.
5 Insert the Ethernet interface module into the slot.
a Hold the module with the component side up and the connector
mounted on the edge of the board away from you.
b Slowly slide the module into the slot, being careful to align the board
edges with the guide rails in the chassis, as shown in Figure 5-3.
