7 To downgrade an EME module from Release 3.0.5 to Release 3.0.0, you
only have to downgrade the EME operational image. The other three
images on an EME module should already be the appropriate releases.
If two EME modules are installed:
Downgrade the image on the Secondary EME module first. At the
system prompt, enter:
CB9000> download module <slot.subslot> oper_image
<server address> eme30005.op
Where
<slot.subslot>
is the IP address of the server where the software image

resides.
The system indicates that downloading software will cause the
module to reset and asks if you want to continue. Enter
Then, downgrade the image on the Master/Primary module. At the
system prompt, enter:
CB9000> download eme oper_image <server address>
eme30005.op
Where
<slot.subslot>
is the IP address of the server where the software image
address>
resides.
The system indicates that downloading software will cause the
module to reset and asks if you want to continue. Enter
At this point, a switchover in EME module status will occur. That is, the
module that used to be Secondary is now Primary.
If a single EME is installed, use this command to downgrade the EME
operational image:
CB9000> download eme oper_image <server address>
eme30005.op
Where
<slot.subslot>
the IP address of the server where the software image resides.
The system indicates that downloading software will cause the
