In usual outdoor shooting, you can .take
perfectly exposed pictures at all times
without worrying about the lamps in the
finder if you've set the Exposure Symbo l
correctly .

However, in the dimmest li ght or in
extremely brilliant light snow or beach
scenes it is advisable to check the
exposure.

Depress the Shutter Release Button
half-way. If the red lamp lights, it in -
dicates oyer-exposure_ If the ye llow
lamp does , it warns that a hand-held
picture-taking is not recommended.
