Mounting the Sensor

You must attach the probe, exhaust tube, and probe filter assembly to
the sensor before mounting the sensor to the process.
NOTE
The ambient temperature range for the sensor is -20 to 60

The three methods of mounting the WDG-HPII to the process are as fol-
lows:
Directly weld the Thermox supplied mounting plate to the process. In

this case, the pipe nipple attached to the mounting plate is inserted
directly into the process. This is the preferred method of installation.
Weld the Thermox-supplied mounting plate with attached pipe nipple

to a pipe nipple that you provide.
Mount the sensor using a flange that you provide. For this type of

mounting, you don't need the Thermox supplied mounting plate.
