Preparing the product for use
Some parts of the equipment package are installed at the factory. The following components are included and have
to be installed by qualified personnel:
Roll bar
1) Mount the roll bar on the push bar (see fig. 13).
2) Insert and tighten the Allen head screws (see fig. 13).
Pennant
1) Loosen the left cap nut of the push bar mounting (see fig. 14, item 1).
2) Insert the fork of the fibreglass rod behind the spacer washer (see fig. 14, item 2).
3) Tighten the left cap nut of the push bar mounting (see fig. 14, item 1).
Lighting (taillight red, rear reflector red)
1) Mount the battery-operated taillight on the rear cross tube according to the manufacturer's instructions.
2) Mount the rear reflector on the rear cross tube using the pipe clamps.

Unfolding the rehab buggy
1) Fold the push bar forward (see fig. 106).
2) Pull up the lock slide and allow it to engage on the frame (see fig. 105).

6.2 Retrofitting the respirator platform (Kimba Neo only)

► Use of the product in vehicles for transporting persons with reduced mobility in combination with the artificial
respiration platform option is not permitted.
INFORMATION
The respirator platform cannot be installed on a product with fixed front wheels.
The respirator platform can be installed as follows:
• Installation of the large T1 respirator platform over the front wheels (see fig. 15) – the user sits in the seat
facing away from the direction of travel
• Installation of the large T1 respirator platform over the rear wheels (see fig. 16) – the user sits in the seat facing
in the direction of travel
The respirator is attached to the respirator platform using straps through the slots.
Using an anti-slip mat is recommended.
The seating unit can only be turned around if the respirator platform is moved.
