Cause
Apnea alarms are graded in
2
time:
In automatic ventilation
modes:
Caution = 0 to 30 sec.
Warning = >30 sec.
In ventilation modes
Man.Spont., Pressure Sup-
port, Ext. Outlet:
Advisory = 0 to 30 sec.
Caution = 31 to 60 sec.
Warning = >60 sec.
Sample line not connected.
No spontaneous breathing.
Breathing/ventilation has
stopped.
Remedy
Check sample line.
Patient must immediately
be ventilated manually!
Check patient's spontaneous
breathing ability.
Make sure everything is con-
nected.
Check hose system and
tube.
Patient must immediately
be ventilated manually!
Check ventilation setting.
