Mount the unit cover (SP601) on the leftmost expansion interface slot of the first layer
expansion unit to avoid risks of electrical shock.
Mount the space module (SP600) on the S0 slot that is not available for BU668.
Supplementary
• In the fig
ure above, Sn (n=0 to 8) is called the slot number, and m (m=0 to 7) is called the I/
O module address.
• Expansion interface IF661 has two connectors. The upper connector is for input from the
upper layer unit, and the lower connector for output to the lower layer unit.
• Up to 3 expansion units can be mounted.
• There is no restriction of unit size on assembly.
