(6) Use the specified voltage and sine waves of the specified frequency for input of the
AC input module.
If the fundamental wave of the AC input voltage contains distorted waveforms or
frequency hunting, input may be erroneous (e.g., ON is read as OFF).
Major causes of erroneous inputs:
When using the AC input module, check that the distortion of the AC voltage
waveform is less than 5%.
For reading of OFF for a moment while the module is ON, the user program is useful
(use of OFF delay timer).
The following example shows a program containing OFF delay timer for AC input
"X0003" and a timing chart:

Power supply is of rectangular waves output from an uninterruptible power
supply (UPS).
Waveform is distorted due to higher harmonics waves from an inverter, etc.
Hunt frequency is caused by the use of a constant voltage transformer (CVT).
