6.3 Checking the CPU

When the "POWER" LED of the power supply module light, but the "RUN" LED of the S2
CPU module does not, check the following:
Does FLT LED blink?
NO (light-off or -on)
Does FLT LED light?
Is operation mode of CPU
module "RUN"?
Has the system started with
standby switch "ON"?
Does "RUN" LED blink?

6.3 Checking the CPU
If the LED continues to blink after power
is up again, the CPU module is defective.
Replace the CPU.
This is an error in the controller. Check
the event history to identify the cause.
Turn the operation mode switch to "RUN."
The system starts in HALT mode
regardless of operation mode switch
setting. Change HALT to RUN, or activate
RUN from the engineering tool.
"RUN" blinks in HOLD mode. Check that
the HOLD device (S[26].B[15] or
%MX2.26.15) is turned ON using the
program.
