S5-FB250 Format

With the setting "Resistance measurement 1" (0 Ohm to 5.0 kOhm) and activated
S5-FB250 format, the I/O module outputs the measured resistance values of the
sensors directly.
The resistance values are displayed at a resolution of 1 digit per 4 Ohm. The
status information is depicted in bit 0 to bit 2 and the digitalized measured value
in bit 3 to bit 15.
