Connecting a
Repeater
Installing a MIB board to the INA main circuit board makes the INA
connection to the FN. Follow the steps below and refer to Figure 5 for
MIB labels:
1. Place the MIB over the INA.
2. Connect P1 on the MIB to J1 on the INA.
3. Connect P2 on the MIB to J2 on the INA.
4. Using the four standoffs and screws supplied, secure the MIB to the
INA as shown in Figure 19.

For information on how to program the INA, refer to the Intelligent
Network Annunciator (INA) Technical Bulletin (LIT-448193).
Repeaters can connect to each of the three MIB types: wire, fiber optic
cable, or to both. For detailed instructions on how to wire a repeater to a
MIB, refer to the Repeaters Technical Bulletin (LIT-448197).
