Application
The Network Automation Engine (NAE) and Network
Integration Engine (NIE) are Web-enabled,
Ethernet-based, supervisory devices. Network Automation
Engines (NAEs) and Network Integration Engines (NIEs)
monitor and control networks of field-level building
automation devices, including HVAC equipment, lighting,
security, and fire safety equipment.

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the
limits for a Class A digital device pursuant to Part 15 of the
FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable
protection against harmful interference when this equipment
is operated in a commercial environment. This equipment

if not installed and used in accordance with the instruction

Follow these guidelines when installing an NAE55:

Transport the NAE55 in the original container to
minimize vibration and shock damage to the NAE55.
Verify that all the parts shipped with the NAE55. The
data protection battery and NAE55 ship together but
are packaged separately.
Do not drop the NAE55 or subject it to physical shock.
Do not open the NAE55 housing (except the data
protection battery compartment). The NAE55 has no
user-serviceable parts inside.

    On Steady = Controllers are defined to FC A (FC Bus 1 or N2 Trunk 1) in the NAE55, but none are communicating (NAE55 transmitting only). Flicker = Normal (NIE55 models do not communications; FC A port is transmitting and receiving data. Flickers are generally have FC Bus terminals.)
