 The function of Pr01-38 is to adjust the flux-weakening voltage level.
 Adjust this parameter to use the voltage to lower the motor's current when necessary. If you
make the current too low, there's a current distortion.
 The maximum DC BUS output voltage is the highest setting value of Pr01-38.
