3.1 Components

3.1.1 Front panel

The LED panel provides information on the status of the components (whether they are active or not) and on the net-
work activity.

LED panel.
ETH1 to ETH4. 4-port Gigabit Ethernet Switch.
ETH5. WAN Gigabit Ethernet. RJ45 connector.
ETH5. WAN Gigabit Ethernet. SFP connector.
USB. Slot where you can insert a 3G USB modem.
Console. USB connector providing access to the device's local console for config-
uration and monitoring purposes.
FUNCTION. WPS (Wireless Protected Setup) button. This allows Wi-Fi network
parameters to be configured easily and securely.
RESET. Reset button. For further information on how the reset button works,
please see RESET button on page 12.
