Description
The supply voltage is less than 10% of the rated voltage.
The supply voltage is less than the undervoltage threshold.
The supply voltage is greater than the overvoltage threshold.
A phase of the power supply is open.
The difference between the minimum and maximum phase
voltages of the power supply exceeds the percentage of the
overvoltage or undervoltage threshold.
The phase sequence of the power supply is incorrect.
