SmarTrax Valve Installed

Install the valve mounting on the machine's hydraulic valve.

If the valve is being installed in position 2, use two M8 x 1.25 x 25 mm metric hex bolts (P/N 311-0070-001)
and two 5/16" flat washers (P/N 313-2300-011) to mount the valve.
•
If the valve is being installed in position 3, use two 5/16"-18 x 1-1/4" hex bolts (P/N 311-0052-106), two 5/16"
flat washers (P/N 313-2300-011), and two 5/16"-18 UNC flanged lock nuts (P/N 312-1001-169) to mount the
valve.

Install the Left and Right Steering Hoses

Note:
Mark the machine's steering hoses to ensure they are reinstalled in the correct ports later in the
procedure.

Raise the machine's hood and remove the left panel (if equipped) to locate the steering orbital.

Locate and disconnect the left and right steering hoses connected to the steering orbital.
