5.8.2. Mower clogging

When operating the mower pay attention to variable conditions on field, which may influence
the mower clogging, such as: terrain unevenness, height and density of grass as well as other
objects in the grass. In order to avoid clogging, mowing speed should be adjusted to the mentioned
conditions. In order to take care of machine blockage, lower the cutting unit onto the ground, turn
off the drive and the motor, remove the ignition key, and pay particular attention, and remove the
collected material using a sharp tool. Once a blockage is removed, check whether there are no
damages to working elements.

5.8.3. Taking turns over swaths

When operating headlands, lift cutterbars on mowers by means of the tractor's hydraulics
(hose 2 and 3 – Fig. 19). The set will lift in sequence, with KDF bar first, and then KDD bars.
In mowers fitted with controller, lift cutting units using button (9)
21) while controlling the tractor's hydraulics, and then take a turn.
