Start mowing only when tractor's PTO reaches its normal 1000 rpm.
DO NOT exceed 1050 PTO rpm.
Nobody is allowed to remain within danger area of at least 50 m. Particular caution is necessary
when operating near roads and in stoney areas.
Any maintenance and adjustment work should only be done after the drive has been
disconnected and when cutting discs have come to complete standstill.
Check condition of knife holders regularly. Damaged or worn knife holders must be replaced.
CAUTION:
All service and repair operations must be done only after tractor's engine has
been stopped and ignition key out, all rotating parts have come to complete
standstill and the cutterbar is on the ground.
CAUTION:
Be certain that children and animals are at a safe distance away from the
machine. Never allow anyone to ride on a machine or tractor.
When the mower is lifted for repair on 3-point linkage, it should be secured against
falling by mechanical support or by chain.
Periodically check bolts and other fasteners. Do not operate with damaged or worn fasteners.
Make sure that locking pawl line in the tractor cabin is mounted with relevant slack.
When operating the mower, comply with Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Food
Economy dated 12/01/1998 on work safety when operating tractors, machines, technical
instruments and devices used in agriculture (Journal of Laws, no. 12/98 item 51.
When operating the mower, the tractor should always be equipped with cabin.
Mower should not be operated when the tractor-mower set is not balanced.
Never start the mower when it is lifted.
Never start the mower, when people or animals are near the machine.
Never lift safety guard before rotating parts have come to complete standstill. Tractor's engine
must be stopped. Caution! Cutting knives keep rotating for several minutes after engine is
turned off.
Always comply with safety decals describing hazards and warning signs placed on the
machine.
Before you start the tractor make sure that every other drives are turned off and the levers
steering hydraulics are in neutral position.
Never leave tractor's engine running without supervision. Before you leave the tractor, turn off
the engine and put off the key from tractor's ignition switch.
It is forbidden to operate the mower when driving backwards.
Never get on the mower.
Never lift the mower on tractor's 3-point linkage when the drive is on and the discs are rotating.
Permissible slope when operating and transporting according to the tractor's weight should be
assessed by operators.
Never stand between tractor and machine unless the aggregate is secured against moving by the
tractor's brake.
Perform any inspections and regulations only if the mower is disassembled and on the ground.
If any maintenance must be done under an elevated mower, it must be blocked or otherwise
secured against falling.
When parts of the machine need replacement, use only original spare parts as described in the
spare parts list.
Pay particular attention to guards on PTO shafts. Never operate with damaged guards.
Hydraulic hoses should be periodically checked and if any damage occur or they expire,
replace with new ones. Expiry period should not exceed 5 years.
