Double-sided mower with central suspension

3-point linkage frame (1) enables mounting of the mower on tractor's 3-point linkage. Drive
from tractor's rpm is transmitted through intersecting axis gear (3) onto drive shaft (6), which,
through intersecting axis gear (7) powers the cutterbar (4). On the cutterbar there are discs with two
knives each. Hydraulic lifting cylinder (2) fed from the tractor external hydraulics is used for
moving the mower to working position. Main frame, with the cutterbar mounted, is unloaded by
springs (8).
The KDDR mowers are assembled at the factory for operation as mowers with reverse (front
mower is mounted on 3-point linkage on the double-sided mower) (Fig. 4).
