5.7. Operation

WARNING:
Avoid driving the machine onto short and high ground uneven sections as this may
lead to damaging the machine.
In UNO rakes tandem suspension is used. Such solution, applied as standard in trolleys with
4 wheels and wide tires, allows for reducing pressure of the rake onto the ground, which is of
particular importance on soft grounds, such as turfs. Minor ground unevenness (e.g. stones) are
leveled by movable, tandem trolley wheels (Fig. 22).

5.8. Clogging of the rake

In order to avoid clogging, raking speed should be adjusted so as to match the mentioned
conditions. In order to remove the machine clogging, lower the rotor onto the ground, disconnect
the drive, take ignition key off and pay particular attention. When eliminating the machine
clogging, the operator should use protective gloves and tight wear.
