9. Attach the lock plate for bucket
10. Install retainer (I) and shim (2)
pin (5) to the block on the hinge
(Standard thickness: 2.5 mm)
plate and then secure the lock
to bucket pin (5).
plate with cam (4).
Sr Adjust the thickness of the
shim so that the clearance be-
tween the end surface of the re-
tainer and the hinge plate is re-
duced to less than 0.2 mm.
1 1. install bucket link pin according
to the procedure 1 to 10.
12. Lubricate the bucket pin and
bucket link pin by referring to
the section EVERY 2000
HOURS SERVICE.
