Remove mounting bolt (5) of 4.
flange.
Before pulling pin, be sure to or
remove mounting bolt of flange.
Otherwise the seal will be
damaged.

Sling the bucket link, then pull
out the bucket link pin.
Secure the bucket link to the tilt
lever with wire.
Pull out and remove pin (6) on
both sides of bucket.
Disconnect lift arm and bucket,

Installing the bucket
1. Assemble O-ring (2) on flange

(1) of bucket pin.
Assemble O-ring after coating
with grease.
Check that there is nothing
wrong with the oil seal (2) and
dust seal (3) that are assembled
on flange (I), and that dust seal
is assembled 0 to 0.5 mm from
edge of flange (I), or that there is
no clearance between dust seal
(3) and oil seal (2).
