WHEN REQUIRED
k. CLEAN AXLE CASE BREATHER
Carry out this procedure if there
is any mud or dirt stuck around the
breather.
Front
Rear

Remove all mud and dirt from
around the breather with brush.
Then, remove breather, immerse
in cleaning fluid and clean.
Clean the breathers of the front
and rear axles in the same way.
Do not let dirt get into the port
while breather is removed.
If dust sticks to area around
breather, clean with a brush.
I. CHECKING OF GLOW PLUG OF
APS
(Automatic priming system)
Checking is performed in autumn
(when the ambient temperature is
below 15'C).
1. Remove the two glow plugs from
the engine intake manifold, and
clean them.
2. Check for any disconnection in
the wiring.
3. Replace the gasket with a new
part, then install the glow plug.
