Das Produkt erfüllt die Anforderungen der europäischen Richtlinie
93/42/EWG für Medizinprodukte. Aufgrund der Klassifizierungskriterien
nach Anhang IX dieser Richtlinie wurde das Produkt in die Klasse I einge­
stuft. Die Konformitätserklärung wurde deshalb vom Hersteller in alleiniger
Verantwortung gemäß Anhang VII der Richtlinie erstellt.

1.1 Construction and Function
The 4R212 test sport foot adapter facilitates the alignment of a TT test sport
prosthesis in connection with the patient's everyday prosthetic socket, the
1E90 prosthetic foot and appropriate adapters. This gives the patient their
first experience with a sport prosthesis.
The everyday prosthetic socket must be aligned sufficiently stably to com­
pensate safely for the significant forces.
The optimum position and height of the prosthetic foot in the prosthesis are
determined with the help of the clamp. The clamp can be reopened as often
as desired.
A special prosthetic socket and the 4R208 TT definitive sport foot adapter
are used in a definitive sport prosthesis. The associated test prosthesis is
aligned with the 4R210 TT test sport foot adapter.
