Trouble
Motor does not rotate. Control Button (CTRL) ⑲ is set to Auto
When started the
motor, " EE " is
displayed and motor
does not rotate.
When starting the
motor, " E7 " is
displayed and motor
does not rotate.
An Error Code occurs
and motor does not
rotate.
Cannot set the
increase or decrease
of the motor rotation
speed.
Speed is set
incorrectly when
using a pulse signal
in External Speed
Control Mode.

Cause
mode but trying to manually start with the
START / STOP Button (START/STOP) ⑯
on the Control Panel ②.
Emergency Stop Signal is ' OFF (Open) '.
Low air pressure.
An Error has occurred. (Error LED
(ERROR) ㉒ is lit.)
When using Motor No. 1 :
Motor Fixed Speed is set in the
parameter.
When using Motor No. 2 :
Motor Fixed Speed is set in the
parameter.
An unallowable pulse-train signal was
input.
Inspection / Corrective Active
Start with an External Command Signal
or set the Control Button (CTRL) ⑲ on the
Control Panel ② to Manual mode. (When
Start with an External Command Signal,

Check the setting of parameter
(Refer to P108 " 18 - 4 ⑪
Emergency Stop Function " section.)
Adjust to the air pressure 0.25 - 0.3MPa
(36.3 - 43.5psi).
Check the P94 " 17 - 3 Resetting System
after Error Codes Table. 9 ".
Error will not be released until cause of the
error has been removed.
Cancel the parameters for " Fixed Motor
or Speed Setting " and " Maximum Motor
Speed Setting ".
When using Motor No. 1 :
Refer to P105 " 18 - 4 ③
or
Motor No. 1 Speed " or P105 " 18 - 4 ⑤
Setting Maximum Motor No.1 Speed ".
When using Motor No. 2 :
