Check if the power supply voltage is
24 VDC ±10%.
Check the power supply wiring
Check if the brown and blue wires are
connected to DC(+) and DC(-)
respectively, and if the wiring is secure
Check if display off mode is selected.
(1) Check the power supply wiring.
(2) Check if there is bending stress
applied to any part of the lead wire.
Confirmed foreign matter entry or
sticking to the piping port.
Check if air is leaking from the piping.
Check if the product satisfies the
specified accuracy 10 minutes after
supplying power.
Check if the product number printed on
the product indicates Unit selection
function type.
Check if the key-lock function is turned
on.
Check if air is leaking from the piping.

Countermeasure
Power supply voltage is 24 VDC
±10%.
Check and correct the wiring.
Select the power saving mode

Use a filter to prevent foreign
matter from entering or sticking.
Discharge the condensate of the
filter periodically.

If the tightening torque is
exceeded, the mounting screws,
brackets and the flow switch may
be damaged.
After energizing, the display and
output can drift. Allow the product
to warm up for 10 to 15 minutes.
