This equipment is classified as a class 1 level LASER product and there is no hazardous
LASER radiation.
Caution
(1) Use of controls or adjustments or performance of procedures other than those specified
herein may result in hazardous exposure.
(2) The drive is designed to be incorporated into computer-based system or unit which has
an enclosing cover. It should never be used as a stand alone drive.
Danger
The serviceman should not remove the cover of drive unit and should not serve, because
the drive unit is a non-serviceable part..
- Unplug the AC power cord to the equipment before opening the cover of the drive.
- When the power switch is on, do not place your eyes close to the front panel cover to look
into the interior of the unit.
