8.3.4 Recommended USB-ports (MacBook® Only)

8.3.5 Disable USB Energy Saving Mode (Windows® only)
If the TRAKTOR AUDIO 10 is causing crashes or performing badly on a Windows® ma-
chine, disable power management to the USB hubs first; see the Windows® documenta-
tion for further instructions.
8.3.6 Update the Driver
Whenever you encounter problems, you should also check if you have the latest software
installed. For updates, visit the product's homepage on our website http://www.native-
instruments.com.
8.4 Physically Re-configuring the TRAKTOR AUDIO 10
Connect the TRAKTOR AUDIO 10 to another USB port on your computer. Try all USB ports
on your computer until you find the one that works best.
8.5 Check your IRQs (Windows® only)
IRQ stands for Interrupt Request. This is the way in which Windows® allocates resources
to the various devices and ports in your system. If your TRAKTOR AUDIO 10 is on a port
that shares an IRQ with other devices, you may have an IRQ conflict. Please refer to the
Knowledge Base on the Native Instruments website and contact support.
