7.2.3 Connecting Turntables for DJing with Timecode Vinyl
7.5 TRAKTOR AUDIO 10 in a digital DJing setup with a DJing software, turntables with timecode vinyl, and an external
mixer.

Make sure the TRAKTOR AUDIO 10 software is installed correctly, the interface is
connected to your computer, and the power supply is plugged in as described in chapter
3. Also make sure to have the soundcard set up as your computer's main audio output
device (chapter 4) before you proceed.
To use your TRAKTOR AUDIO 10 in a digital DJing setup with DJing software, turntables
with timecode vinyl, and an external mixer:
1. Set the volume for all channels of your mixer, and the headphone output volume of
your mixer, to minimum.
