Chapter 4
Disconnect the other end of the hoses from the machine's hydraulic valve.

Install the straight end of the supplied hydraulic hose (P/N 214-1000-303) on the rod-end of the left tilt

cylinder.
Connect the 90° end of the hose to the installed fitting in Port LC on the AutoBoom valve.

Install the straight end of the supplied hydraulic hose (P/N 214-1000-303) on the rod-end of the right tilt
7.
cylinder.
Connect the 90° end of the hose to the installed fitting in Port RC on the AutoBoom valve.

Install 7/16" JIC M/F 90° swivel elbow fittings (P/N 333-0012-154) in the raise ports of the machine's
9.
hydraulic valve.
Install the 7/16" end of the supplied hydraulic hose (P/N 214-1000-584) on the left raise port of the

machine's hydraulic valve.
Connect the 9/16" end of the hydraulic hose to the installed fitting in Port LV on the AutoBoom valve.

Install the 7/16" end of the supplied hydraulic hose (P/N 214-1000-584) on the right raise port of the

machine's hydraulic valve.
Connect the 9/16" end of the hydraulic hose to the installed fitting in Port RV on the AutoBoom valve.

Install the Left and Right Down Hoses

Disconnect the left and right tilt cylinder hoses from the base-end of the tilt cylinders.

Disconnect the other end of the hoses from the down ports on the machine's hydraulic valve.

Remove the hoses from the hose loom or cap both ends of the hoses (cap fittings are not included in the

installation kit).
Remove the cylinder down fittings from the base-end of the tilt cylinders.

Install the 9/16" SAE O-ring (M) to 3/8" NPT (F) straight swivel adapter fittings (P/N 333-0012-197) in the
5.
base-end of the tilt cylinders.
Install the 3/8" breather fittings (P/N 333-0012-196) into the installed adapter fittings.
