Remedy:
In general:
Check the grid spacing/scaling (p0407) or the fine resolution (p0418) of the encoder.
For fault cause = 1:
Check the setting for the start of the primary section (p30461).
For fault cause = 2:
Check the setting for the length of the primary section (p30463).
For fault cause = 3:
Check the setting for the length of the secondary section (p30464).
For fault cause = 4:
Check the setting for the position offset of the secondary section (p30465).
For fault cause = 5:
Check the setting for the hysteresis (p30466).
For fault cause = 6:
Check the setting for the offset of the master/slave transition (p30467).
For fault cause = 7:
Check the setting for the start/length of the primary section (p30461, p30463).
For fault cause = 8:
Check the adjustable parameters for converting the start of the primary section into its own coordinates (p30461, p30465,
p30466, p30467).
For fault cause = 9:
Check the adjustable parameters for converting the end of the primary section into its own coordinates (p30461, p30463,
p30465, p30466).
For fault cause = 10:
Check the adjustable parameters for converting the geometry of the previous segment into its own coordinate system
(p30461, p30463). Where necessary, also check the own parameters for the beginning of the primary section (p30461).
For fault cause = 11:
Check the adjustable parameters for converting the geometry of the subsequent segment into its own coordinate system
(p30461, p30463). Where necessary, also check the own parameters for the start/length of the primary section (p30461,
p30463).
For fault cause = 12:
See the remedy for fault cause 10.
If necessary, also check the own parameters for the length of the secondary section (p30464).
For fault cause = 13:
See the remedy for fault cause 11.
If necessary, also check the own parameters for the length of the secondary section (p30464).
