Description: Sets the signal source for control word RAILCTRL_STW of the sequence control.
Generally, the value is provided from the higher-level control system using an extended standard telegram.
The significance of the individual bits of the control word is described in parameter r30476.

NOTICE
It does not make sense to simultaneously select several operating states (e.g. open-loop controlled and closed-loop
controlled). For the case that several operating states are selected via the control word, alarm A53180 is output and
according to the following defined priority, the system changes into one of the selected states:
1. Closed-loop controlled mode
2. Open-loop controlled mode master
3. Open-loop controlled mode previous slave
4. Open-loop controlled mode subsequent slave
It is only possible to transfer the commutation angle set in p30480 via bit 7 of the control word when in the open-loop
controlled mode the master is in the switched-off state.
