Sets the offset between the physical end of the primary section and the transition between the master and slave.
This offset shifts the transition away from the additional discontinuity as a result of the end of the primary section.

This means that the bandpass filter is configured for oscillation damping of the quadrature-axis voltage and direct-axis
voltage.
The frequency of the oscillation to be dampened (attenuated) must lie within the bandpass.
