Chapter 3: Installing the Avaya G250 Media Gateway

This chapter describes the physical installation of the G250. Perform the following steps in the
order in which they are listed:

Step 1: Mount the G250 chassis

Step 2: Install the media modules
Step 3: Attach ground conductors
Step 4: Connect power to the G250
When you have installed the chassis and media modules, and connected the power, you can

Step 1: Mount the G250 chassis
Mount the G250 in one of the following ways:
In a rack
On a wall
On a table
