9.1

Rechargeable battery

The life of the rechargeable lithium ion battery depends on the charge/recharge cycles and
operating temperature.
The battery should be replaced after approximately four years. When the battery is used for
more than four years, a trouble-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
If the battery is used where the surrounding temperature is close to the maximum allowable
(60°C), the battery should be replaced after two years.
