6.3 Configuration
After the Wireless Communication Module receives this message, it will send all the historical
data immediately. Then, the Wireless Communication Module will always wake up at 06:00 am
to transmit the data.
Note
The arrival of the CSV file might be delayed by one or two minutes because of the NTP time
synchronization process at each wakeup.
6.3.8
Configuration of the analog input
The Wireless Communication Module provides two channels for analog input. One for analog
current input and one for analog voltage input. The analog voltage input can be connected to
a compact single-range-transmitter like the Siemens SITRANS P200 (7MF1565-3CE30-2..1),
which uses a M12 round plug with current consumption of less than 7 mA.
Figure 6-2
The activation of the analog input is controlled by parameter P53. The sampling interval of the
analog input signal is defined by parameter P55. See Configuration commands (Page 33).
Note
If the analog input is disabled in parameter P53, the value in columns H and I of the .csv file will
be 0.
Analog current input for alarm detection
The analog current input can be configured for alarm detection. The external sensor needs to
be able to provide a 4 or 20 mA current as a alarm signal. This function can be activated by
setting the parameters P53 and P54 to 1.
Example:
Configuration;P53=1;P54=1;
Note
To detect the alarm signal as fast as possible, it is recommended to set the parameter
P55=1min.
