Cooling unit flow watchdog has been triggered
Check the cooling unit; if necessary, top up the coolant or bleed the system
as described in "Putting the cooling unit into service"
Thermostat on cooling unit has tripped
Wait until the end of the cooling phase, i.e. until "Hot | H2O" is no longer dis-
played.
ROB 5000 or field bus coupler for robot control: Before resuming welding, in-
itialise the "Source error reset" signal.
There is a break in the mains lead; the mains plug is not plugged in
Check the mains lead, ensure that the mains plug is plugged in
Mains socket or mains plug faulty
Replace faulty parts
Mains fuse protection
Change the mains fuse protection

Check duty cycle
Thermostatic safety cut-out has tripped
