Session Stop

After completion of the Welding Detection phase the charging session is completed.
Information: If the Welding Detection is not requested by the vehicle, the "Session Stop" is
started by the vehicle directly after the PowerDelivery phase.
To this purpose the vehicle sends a SessionSetupReq message to the charge column. This
does not contain further data.
The charge column responds by sending a SessionStopRes message. It contains the
ResponseCode.
