Checking safe isolation from supply on the charging cable (External Voltage
Check)
Before the cable check (insulation measurement) is carried out, a check can optionally be
carried out whether the voltage of the charging cable is de-energized. All breakers are open.
The voltage of the corresponding voltmeter at the "in.values.extVoltageInVolt" input is
evaluated. If the voltage is less than or equal to the maximum voltage value set at the
DIN_70121 function block plus the voltage tolerance "emvInVolt", the function block changes
to the cable check function. If the value is greater, a corresponding error is triggered.
If the voltage value is greater than the maximum value, it is possible that the DC breaker in
the vehicle is already closed!
Corresponding parameters at the function block:
● Check activated:
in.evseCfh.extVoltageCheckIsSupported
● Maximum permissible voltage:
in.evseCfg.maxExtVoltageInVolt
● Maximum absolute voltage tolerance (in V) of the used measuring instrument.
in.evseCfg.emvInVolt
● Measured voltage according to the DC breaker
