5.4.2

Response to errors

If an error has occurred, the SW status (out.swState) is initially set to "-1". The frequency
converter is then ramped down, if necessary, and the breakers are opened. After the
frequency converter is ramped down and the breakers are open, the SW status is set to "-2".
The SW status is set to "-3" after 10 seconds. Errors not requiring acknowledgment are
automatically acknowledged. Errors requiring acknowledgement can now be acknowledged
via "in.ackErrors". For acknowledgment "in.ackErrors" must be set to "True". After
acknowledgment, "in.ackErrors" must be set to "False" because all other errors are still
acknowledged as long as this input is "True".
5.4.3

Possible circuitry of a frequency converter

The DIN_70121 function block is prepared for various variants of frequency converters. The
DC breaker, a breaker required for the precharge phase, as well as the breaker for a shunt
(in as far as required a minimum current is required for starting the frequency converter) can
be activated from the DIN_70121 function block. The closing operation or opening operation
of the breaker is time-monitored. To this purpose a feedback contact is required.
Controlling of the breakers is respectively optional. The breakers configured at the function
block are then closed or opened depending on the pending charging phase.
The voltage and current value of the installed measuring instruments is evaluated in the
DIN_70121 function block according to the individual charging phases or is transferred to the
vehicle.
