Welding Detection
If "Welding Detection" is requested by the vehicle, the applied voltage "extVoltageInVolt" is
transferred to the vehicle. This is important since the "voltageInVolt" voltage directly at the
frequency converter is always 0. Only by this means you can check whether the breakers in
the vehicle are welded.

Hardware states

The DIN_70121 function block can process four different HW statuses of the charging
column and respond accordingly. Furthermore, the DIN_70121 function block requests a
specific state of the hardware at defined points. If this is not assumed by the hardware within
a defined monitoring time, the ongoing charging process is aborted. The hardware status
requested by the function block must be taken on by the hardware. The hardware indicates
via the following states that it has reached the required state. Exactly this state has to be
reached respectively, with the exception of the undefined state (0).
The following 4 states are defined:
● 0: Undefined state
● 1: Idle state
● 2: Wait state
● 3: Ready
