Troubleshooting
Solution
Open the Laminator lid to clear any cards in the system by
pressing the card forward or backward buttons on the
display. Clean the Laminator card transport rollers. Replace
cleaning rollers that are dirty. Close the Laminator lid. Press
the Resume button on the Printer to continue printing. To
cancel, press the Cancel Print button or the Cancel button
located on the Printer.
Open the Laminator lid. Squeeze and lift the gray latches for
the hot roller mechanism to retract the hot roller mechanism
to the service position. Clear any cards in the Laminator by
pressing the card forward or backward buttons on the
display. Clean the Laminator card transport rollers. Replace
cleaning rollers that are dirty. Close the Laminator lid. Press
the Resume button to continue. To cancel, press the Cancel
Print button or the Cancel button on the printer.

LAM2 laminate. Close the Laminator lid to resume.
Open the Laminator lid. Follow the instructions on the label
located under the Laminator lid to remove and reinstall a new
LAM1 and LAM2 laminates. Close the Laminator lid to resume.
